CNGF Needs Your Help!

CNGF would like to have a presence at many educational and promotional events staged by Master Gardeners, Guadalupe River and Parks, and others. But we are only a few and are spread thin. We hope that you can commit a little time to join us at events that appeal to you to help set up, meet other gardeners, and share information about native gardens. Let us know if you want us to contact you for future events!

Campus Improvement Day at Oak School in Los Altos

Please join us in tending the native plant garden at the Oak School. These are the last two workdays of the year for weeding, deadheading, pruning, mulching, and other tasks.

Saturday, May 2 and May 16
8:00am to 11:30am
All are welcome, including kids of all ages.

Location: Native Plant Garden (rear of school)
Oak Elementary School, near Grant Road
1501 Oak Avenue, Los Altos, CA 94024

To get more information or sign up, send an email to ann99home@yahoo.com or to info@cngf.org.

Smart Gardening Faire

Please help at the Smart Gardening Faire on Saturday, June 27 in Scott's Valley. At the table, we'll be giving out information about CNGF activities and membership, and selling native plants and books. CNGF members with specific native plant knowledge can also help out with answering plant- and garden-related questions.

To help out at this event, please contact Cayce H. at info@cngf.org.
